Meg Schultz

Veterinary Assistant

Meg joined our team in August 2025, but has been a veterinary assistant in central Ohio since 2011. Her experience includes general practice, emergency, urgent care, and orthopedic surgery.

After receiving her dual Bachelor degree in Psychology and Sociology from BGSU, she worked in domestic violence and mental health facilities in Nashville, Tennesee for 6 years.

Meg wasn't allowed to have any animals growing up, so after adopting her first dog while living in Nashville (as well as meeting her husband Kory at the dog park), she switched to the veterinary field and moved back to Ohio, bringing Kory and her fluffy mixed breed along.

When she isn't trying to convince everyone that shelter dogs are the best breed, you will find her growing and abundance of food in her garden, advocating for human rights, and watching true crime shows with her grumpy chihuahuas.
